Tennille Pedersen

Tennille started purchasing and managing investment properties in 2001 and prior to her career in property and finance, she spent several years on the management team of a publicly listed company.

Tennille formally ran the sister business to KPM, Pedersens Property Management for over a decade and has recently made the move to leave the property management industry and dedicate her efforts full time to KPM and hers and Kris's four children. She has created and continues to improve many of the technological advancements and operational systems for KPM which have resulted in a significantly enhanced overall experience for our KPM clients and make the process of using a broker even easier. She also handles all of KPM's marketing and finances and she is also responsible for keeping Kris in check both at home and at work.
